ENRGĒ was created to serve all American men and women who have dedicated their careers to government service and who choose to remain productive in their respective professions or fields of expertise after retirement.

This private and secure ENRGĒ website serves as a platform for individual resume and business interest postings. Only retired government (federal, state, and local) employees and those government employees who are within 12 months of a scheduled retirement date may utilize this free service.

Through this ENRGĒ website, government contractors, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, human resource managers, investors, inventors, industrialists, small, large and emerging business owners and other employers from here and abroad may access this database resource, protecting their privacy and without third party involvement or interference.

ENRGĒ was founded with pride by Mr. Jesse (Jay) Zavala, a Vietnam era veteran, retired government professional, and successful business consultant. Zavala, Inc., d/b/a ENRGĒ,is a privately held company headquartered in Massachusetts.

ENRGĒ is not a recruiting firm, employment agency, headhunter or any other form of third party employment vendor or intermediary. Our straightforward and decidedly simple method of linking talent with opportunity blunts the costly cycle of current Human Resource management processes.

Statement of Purpose

ENRGĒ believes retired federal, state and local government workers have made important and profound contributions in service to America. Their efforts are the foundation for our quality of life and they are pivotal to our success in world commerce. Our cultural vibrancy, our national prosperity and our very moral underpinnings would lack luster without their significant contributions.

Antiquated labels and myths inadequately reflect the realities of today’s retired government community. Many of these fine men and women, beneficiaries of modern living and thoughtful planning, are eager to enter the private sector ready to compete, lead, and otherwise succeed.

Simply stated, our purpose is to enhance the image and market availability of the men and women who have dedicated their lives to public service and possess the maturated abilities to propel businesses along the road to success.

The ENRGĒ logo was created to symbolize the energetic reach and influence of America’s public servants. It stands for the robust power of the men and women who have served America’s interests at home and abroad. Its stylized acronym connotes the vitality and vigor of America’s greatest human resource.
Through ENRGĒ, you'll find the human resource that can connect you to the power grid of market opportunity and business success. ENRGĒ was created for commerce to confidently draw nourishment from this unique resource, as, when, and if it solely elects to do so, through a secure and private Internet portal, free from all third party involvement.

Privacy Policy

As a retiree member of ENRGĒ, your resume or other business interest posting is available only to us and to our employer members through ENRGĒ’s private and secure access process.

As an employer member of ENRGĒ, only we know your membership, and this fact is not divulged by us (accept as required by law) to any third party.

If you allow others to access your ENRGĒ members-only account through your password or to use your membership account number, please understand that you are solely responsible for the actions of those individuals.

ENRGĒ does not share information (accept as required by law). We do not give, sell or rent membership information to others.

We do not expect major changes in policy. However, from time to time, we may edit this policy to enhance or explain our practices. If we do make significant changes in our policies and practices, ENRGĒ will fully document all actions in these pages and may submit communications and/or notices to you by e-mail.

We realize the need for stringent controls with regards to privacy and security. The data and information stored and passed through our site is sensitive and we must ensure the protection of your identity and information.
